. . . adding bourbon & corn syrup . . .
. . . realizing something is wrong,
Maybe I should just put a straw in here and drink it?
. . . adding some powdered sugar & the OREO™ crumbs
. . . adding 16 OREO™ cookies worth of crumbs . . .
At this point, I said the heck with it and used my new cookie scoop . . .
. . . hoping that the sprinkles would kinda hold the dough together.
I would call these BOURBON BLOBS . . .
. . . but they taste very very good . . .
I figured I'd put 'em in the fridge . . .
. . . then I realized it would make more sense
After lunch, I tried again with the small amount of dough I still had . . .
Of course, they all will have to stay in the fridge
After I cleaned up the kitchen, I began to write this page.
The lesson learned here is to NOT doubt myself,
AND it's a good thing I did this practice before the Howlidays
BUT if I mess up such a simple recipe,
Be aware that as these are not baked,
