So many pumpkin pie recipes, so little time!
Mixing station . . .
Delete the quart of 2% milk from this pic;
The cake mix base . . .
. . .which seems VERY thin, but will rise with baking.
The pumpkin filling mixture . . .
Cutting in the butter, reserved cake mix
Putting it all together, ready for the oven . . .
. . . and after an hour of baking . . .
It's important to let pumpkin anything cool to let the mixture set,
Which we did a few hours later,
