MARNIE BEGINS HEARTWORM TREATMENT 16 NOVEMBER 2009

Brenda writes: I took Marnie in this morning to begin her HW treatment. I left her with a kiss and told her I'd check on her later. I went back to the clinic before 5 pm and brought her food & her blankie. Talked with Dr. Jim,then gave her a big kiss, told her I loved her and I would see her tomarrow. She looked so forlorn, as if to say, Where ya goin'? Aren't I goin', too? Say a prayer for our little girl! On 17 November, Brenda writes: She completed her HW treatment to the sum of . . . drumroll please . . . $141.96. She did very well. She must be crated for the next month, no real exercise and then in four months checked for HW again. Hopefully, this will be her only treatment! Yipppee! After at least a month, she can be spayed.
