OUR FIRST VET CHECKUP (AND WE DID NOT LOVE IT!) 11 FEBRUARY 2016
BJ writes: The pups were at Waco Animal Clinic for their second set of shots. Doc Jim said that they are gorgeous babies, healthy and such shiny coats. A range of sizes, from 15 to no more than 30 pounds. JINGLES and TEDDY ROSE were his favorites. He couldn't get over how handsome JINGLES is. If TEDDY ROSE's ears were up, she would be the most Cairn looking of them. ALVIN was Amanda's favorite, they love his legs. He is my shy boy. They were, of course, all over the place; ALVIN had one of the cords in his mouth and Doc is cracking up. Their last shots will be on 3 March. VITA had her shots and was microchipped today. Doc said she is just the sweetest thing and looks good. She weighs 21 pounds, and sat for treats after getting her shots and chip and Doc loved it. I told him she also rings a bell to go outside,; he said she is a smart little girl! She has been adopted and will go to her Forever Home later this month. TEDDY ROSE  Doc Jim, fell in love with TEDDY ROSE. He said he thinks she will be around the 15-pound mark. She is adorable and feisty! NESTOR BEAR  JINGLES, NESTOR & TEDDY He is the sweetest little guy! Loves to play and give me love. He's probably going to be around 20 pounds or so. NESTOR BEAR romps and plays, but is pretty laid back. JETER JETER is my feisty one. His ears aren't up, but they aren't down. Kinda reminds you of The Flying Nun's hat, JETER is a loving little boy, but he won't take nuttin either. He reminds me of VITA. He's probably going to be under 20 pounds, Doc said. Cute, cute, cute!! MOLLY GRACE . . .  ALVIN, MOLLY GRACE, GYPSY & HOPE: SAVE US! . . . who will be renamed CAROLINE and be going home next weekend. My niece is so excited! She has bought all kinds of things already! Amanda loves ALVIN  JINGLES
