Poor guy . . . I don't think he had a normal puppyhood . . . .
He doesn't really know how to "read"
other dogs' body language and
is just now trying to learn HOW to play
But . . . he's a smart cookie,
and I think he'll catch on quickly!
(Plus, I think things will go even better once he
becomes a "liberated" man!)
Braveheart gets his final check-up
(and third round of shots) tomorrow (13 July),
and - assuming his bloodwork looks good -
they will be scheduling his tutoring in the next week.
He's not acting "macho" yet, but . . .
the other dogs at the day care center think
he smells different, and some of them think
they need to stand up to him and
show him who is boss.
Of course, he can't help the way he smells,
and he doesn't have a CLUE
what THAT is all about!
At any rate, he'll fit in (socially)
a lot better once he smells like less of a threat
to the other (neutered) dogs.
