BUCKO IS GROOMED

Well, Bucko was named appropriately, as in bucking bronco. He REALLY flipped out about the scissors, the brush and of course, the clippers. He was not as big a fight as Lucy but close. Poor Bucko had far more knots than Lucy had and they were all close to his skin, not on the end of his hair. He was full of knots and he fought Jim when he was trying to get the combs through them all. The clippers snubbed out many times. Bucko took the second longest to clip. Jim & I have a lot of choice expletives for Farmer Mike.

What're YOU lookin' at?!

After Jim finished, we realized how very thin Bucko is.

He devoured the treats Jim gave him.

Ph

Treats? I LIKE treats!

I spoke with Chris about increasing his food. She said of the five, he is the only one constantly moving. She will increase his food and make sure he doesn't end up with diarrhea.

. . . and after.
Did I get ALL the treats?

In the end, I thought Jim did a fabulous job with him as well as the other four. He made all the dogs feel comfortable and took his time with them. He saved ATRA a lot of money for his grooming services. The dogs were so much better off than going to a grooming place where they don't have that kind of time as it is their livelihood. Thank you for setting this all up and getting the word out to the masses all over the world.
