CHARLOTTE'S SPA DAY 7 JANUARY 2013
Lynn writes: Charlotte had her big adventure today. Beth Griffin of Poochies of Beverly Hills welcomed Charlotte for her day at the spa. Thank you so much, Beth, for grooming Charlotte . . . you are awesome! When I picked her up, Charlotte looked beautiful! She pranced and had a new spring in her step. Once back home, I took her outside for a photo shoot. This is the best shot.
I tried to get a full body shot, but she was way too interested in investigating the snow and smells of the yard. When I did manage to get this shot, she glared at me and said, "That's not my best side, you know." Taking Charlotte's advice and thinking it would be easier to get her attention for photos, I took her into the house and sat down on the floor with her. "Much better!" Charlotte said. "This photo makes me look much more trim." I told Charlotte that she looks beautiful no matter what . . . and that I especially liked the pretty pink collar covering that Beth provided for her. Charlotte said, "Thank you."
Then I gave her a big hug and told her how much I loved her. "You have been such a good mom!" She replied, "I could not have done it without you!"
We made a great team . . . Charlotte & I. JACKIE McGUINNESS: She looks lovely. I bet she feels great as well, and at least she didn't roll in the snow; that's the first thing my girls would have done. JO EMENY: Oh wow, how beautiful does she look now. God bless this little Airedale mom. I so hope she goes to a great home, and spends the rest of her days filled with the love she so deserves. Beautiful Charlotte! CATHY BIERSACK: She is gorgeous. MAUREEN TATE: Oh my. She looks amazing. She is gorgeous. If I didn't live so far away, I would adopt her in a heartbeat. NEAL SKRENES: Very pretty girl . . . but looks worried about who's sitting the puppies. MONI MAHN: What an absolute joy to see! JACKIE IKE: How beautiful she really is! Thank you for all you have done for her. Hope her forever home is as wonderful to her as you have been. PATTI WEBSTER: Char looks beautiful. Lynn has taken such good care of her and those puppies. KIM NUZZO: Charlotte is just lovely! And I bet she is proud of her new "DO"! Great job! PRISCILLA LUNDBLAD: Charlotte looks beautiful! HEATHER PARKER: She looks beautiful! It warms my heart to see her getting the TLC from Lynn. I might cry. Thank you to ALL of you who helped to give this beautiful being a happy chance at life.
