Sue then writes:
This morning, Christmas Eve in Australia, a post from Enzo's mum Atia was in my Inbox.
Please accept this as Atia's expression of gratitude to each and every one of you, as if she wrote it to you in person. If she could, I know she would.
Dear AireFairies,
This is an (unsuccessful) attempt to express my gratitude to all of you who helped to facilitate Enzo's rebirth here, in Australia.
Enzo was truly born again in Melbourne. Sue as a great midwife delivered him and created this whole miracle.
As so many people on this planet celebrate a miracle of another birth at this time, one slightly better- known than Enzo's, I am trying to comprehend the incomprehensible: how did she do it? How did you all come together in this huge effort of compassion?
So I'm celebrating together with Maia & John the existence of human kindness in the world we didn't have much faith in.
It's still very difficult for me to believe that Enzo is here, on the same continent as me. We are counting days, Maia wants to see him NOW (me too) . . . .
I can't thank enough all the Fairies who sent their stuffed 'dales and goodwill to Maia in the hardest times just before & after the operation. It made an enormous difference for me too, the support & kindness I felt from all the messages helped me to get through the toughest times. This is for me a real demonstration of spirituality. I feel very privileged to have experienced it through the kindness, love & support I have been getting from Sue, John, my partner & all of you, dear AireFairies.
So as most of us are celebrating some kind of miracle at this time of the year, I wish you peaceful & joyous Christmas and (the) same happiness & kindness from people around you as I got from all of you.
A HUGE THANK YOU AND LOVE from Enzo, Atia, Maia & John.
Sue, Thank you for updating Enzo's story and taking time out of your own Christmas Eve celebrations to do so! I'm so glad to hear that Enzo is doing well and will soon be released from the brig and be off home. It's been a long, long journey for this boy . . . . As well, thank you for sharing Atia's letter. It's lovely to know that she & her family are grateful to have Enzo (almost) back where he belongs. It was a pleasure to help in a small way in this endeavor but, of course, success would have been unlikely without all the amazing organization that went into repatriating Enzo.
