After we picked up Bucko (whose story can be read HERE), the ad in the paper continued to run, so we went into action again: Mission Impossible 3. This time, Chuck Rusk would play the part of Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) . . . I contacted Paula to be sure ATRA could take him in. Then "Ethan" called and said he was interested; arrangements were made to pick him up tonight.
Another Dale that doesn't want to walk!

Unfortunately, by the time Chuck got there, the dog was gone. HOWEVER, he was offered a six-month-old pup, and after calling me to verify this was okay, brought Griff to my house, as it was too late to take him to the vet clinic for vetting and boarding.
For one more night in his life, Griff will have to sleep in a crate in a garage - sorry about that, Griff - but tomorrow he will be vetted and travel with Bucko to meet Paula Lackner in Fond du Lac. Then, a bath, a hairecut, a neutering and a new home.
