NOW PLAYING: I FEEL PRETTY

The owners of the kennel were shocked when I brought her back tonight. We were both so tired that we did not have the energy to finish with Cheyenne today.

Lucy's incision, after many staples were removed.

(Just for compariosn, see what happened when our Foster Cairn, Chrissie1Eye, refused to let us groom her (she is a biter, although she is getting more in control of her teeth) HERE

Anim

ELLEN McGEAGH:
That can't be the same dog! What a great job, Jim! Paula, hope your bruises fade soon.

Anim

MAUREEN SCOTT:
Ah, the Whirling Dervish Airedale covered in dreadlocks! Been there, done that. Probably still have the bruises & scars. There is nothing, utterly nothing, as exhausting as grooming a frantic never-seen-the-clippers-ever-in-her-life Airedale. Good job, both of you. Lucy looks terrific! Who knew there was such a pretty grrrrrl under all that mop?

Anim

PRISCILLA LUNDBLAD:
This is incredible . . . what a change! It's hardly believeable she's the same dog. She is just a beautiful girl now.

Anim

MARY BRABENDER:
Can't believe the transformation . . . wow.

Anim

BOB ANDERSON:
She looks beautiful & healthy . . . .

Anim

MARE MOORE:
Wow, what an undertaking, but what an incredible job you've done with her, Paula & Jim! Lucy's SO pretty now. And I'm sure she feels much better, too, with all that haire gone! Kudos for revealing the 'beauty beneath the beast'.

Anim

PAT HAUSER:
Wow, how could someone let a dog that needs grooming get like that. Great Big Hugs to the people who groomed her - you would not know she was the same dog and what a beauty she is.

Anim

PAM SIMPSON:
Whoa, sounds like quite an experience. I know 16-pound Molly can give me a lot of 'tude - I cannot imagine how much could come from a pupper in fear and that BIG!

But, she does look gorgeous and HAS to feel so much better!

Anim

SHELLY SIMINSKI:
All I can say is Wow! Pretty dog

Anim

LIZZIE HURTT:
What a pretty girl . . . I think she has a look of ChiTown Molly about her; that same - to me - 1920's Airedale look. Lots of Zen for her future.

Anim

SUE FORRESTER:
Such a transformation! Wish we could all have a 'make over' with such spectacular results. LOL.

Sue in Oz (wishing ........)

Anim

BRENDA KELLEY:
Boy, that sounds familiar. That is one cutie pie, too. Jim & Paula did a wonderful job.

Anim

BETTE BOYERS:
Can't get enough of all the great work & love you all give. She looks Maaaaaaahhhhhhvalous Darling!
