On 3 November, Dolly's Foster Parents write:

We are all doing fine. Every day gets better. Dolly is really getting quite comfortable here. She likes her crate and her new pillow. When I go to work she goes right into her crate. I leave the crate door open and do not have a gate up in the doorway. She sleeps most of the day except when we go out for a potty break.

I thought that the noises from my office equipment would scare her, but nothing seems to faze her. She has checked out everything in the house at least 10 times and has not touched a thing. Tonight was cleaning night and even the vacuum cleaner did not faze her.

At first she was eating like a bird but tonight she ate everything in her bowl.

Dolly does not like it when Dylan vocalizes. Katie did not like it either at first but then she must have gotten used to it and just ignores him now.

She adjusted to going potty and goes either on the decorative gravel, the pea gravel in the outside pen or anywhere on the concrete. Katie was watching her the first day and after that Katie started to go in the fenced in area also.

Dolly stole one of Katie's toys from the sun room, ran through the kitchen and into my office and went into her crate and dropped the toy. Some time later Katie went into the crate and stole it back.

She is a pretty special little girl. I'm working on the hair that is matted on her face. When I get all the mats out, I am going to try to trim it a little more. I did notice a small bump about the size of a dime on her left side. Did the vet notice it when she was being checked out?
