I wanted to share the photos I received today from the family fostering Josie (f/k/a Lexi, f/k/a Betsy) (I think the name change is a good indication that they will adopt her).
Needless to say, I was very pleased when I saw these photos of Josie sent to me by her foster mom. She looks so happy and I know now I made the right decision for her & Shirley.
Shirley (n/k/a Mocha) is being fostered by Kitty DuBois, one of ATRA's valued volunteers in Colorado. Kitty tells me Mocha is doing well, too, although it will take her a little longer to develop her own personality because she lived in Josie's shadow for so long.
It's nice to have a 'happy ending'
