On 2 July, Jody tells us:
Lizzy had an EKG and recheck of her liver enzymes today; her liver enzyme (ALT) was down to 57 (from 772 on 16 June - 100 is considered high, while 772 is "off the charts") . . . this is great news. We are now going to stop the Denosyl to see how she does on her own and recheck her chemistry panel in two weeks.
She also had an EKG done and the second one appeared a little suspicious, but the doctor felt it was because she had just come in from being outside and her heart rate was a little up & down; the third one was perfect, so they feel that her heart is doing well. There were no irregular heart beats - more great news.
So . . . The Lizzinator is doing great and we'll get her rechecked in two weeks to make sure things stay that way. Thank you to everyone for your continued support and prayers for this sweet girl.
