Maggie has couch privileges

Since it was going to be a three-to-four-week wait for her surgery,
and her new family was eager to have her,
it was decided she could go on to their home to await her surgery.
She has met her new "brothers & sister" and all is well.

Her new "older brother" -
they weren't sure they wanted to be in the picture together

This worked well for me, too, as on the same day
I picked up yet another Airedale in need.
Fortunately, he also has a home waiting on him
and will go there after he recovers from his neutering.

What is that "Big Dog"?

Pups are having more new adventures.

WHAT is over there?

Oh, only the donkey; play on.

We took a "puppy hike" through the paddock -
only went a distance of about 200 feet -
and they really enjoyed the freedom to run.
Unfortunately they spread out quite a bit,
so no pictures of romping available.

"The Shadow Knows"

Most willingly came back with me with I called "Puppies, come!"
I put three of them back in the playpen, and gathered up the two stragglers.

Can I touch him?

Then the horses & donkeys came in from the pasture and visited.

How did you get up there?

The next day they discovered the hill in front of the barn
during one of their outings. Hill climb!

We can do it, too.

They had a ball climbing up & down the hill.
