So, Rocky cocks his head and asks his foster mom: If not Rocky, what name did you have in mind? Well, we wouldn't wander too far afield. How about Peter, which is Greek for rock? Or, since Peter is a New Testament name, how about Luca, Italian for Luke? Or, if you like the idea of an Italian name, how 'bout Garibaldi for the famous general; molto virile!
A howl came from husband & dog: GariBALDi! BALDY! Really!?! Rrrrrrreally?!? Do you have to call attention to the lack of hair? I thought you said bald was beautiful?!
But look at all those luxurious heads of hair - and those beards! - just like our handsome Rocky. Well, we're going to stick with the name Rocky anyway It's only been a week and already he is used to it. And comes when he is called! Good Boy! Good Rocky!
