'Cause of our affection for
Jimmy Buffet's music,
to the point of having a
Two Parrotheads in Paradise Wedding
in 2004, when we received so many
parrot-themed items;
our love of the tropics,
especially for Neal's diving;

and 'cause there's a bit of orange
in the dining room table tiles . . .
. . . I thought we should have a
Parrothead Dining Room.

I stopped at Sears right after one of my weekly manicures,
showed the woman in the paint department my
burnt orange nailpolish and said,
"I want that color for one wall."
Well, the color is doable;
the "pop" of the glitter in the polish is another story . . .
but she told me about a glaze that will make
the paint iridescent. Sounds fine to me!
