Finally, in early August Alyce got the call that Astro would be coming into Cairn Rescue, as he continued to pee anywhere and everywhere but outside. She called me and I said I would get him whenever the owners were ready to give him up.
So on Thursday, 14 August 2003, at 7:30 p.m., I drove the few blocks to his home and brought Astro into our pack, fully intending to foster him for the weekend and then continue him on his journey to his Forever Home.

April immediately showed Astro where the doggie bathroom is located, and he learned quickly to use it. As I write this, he has been with us for nine days, and has not had ONE peeing accident in the house!
