On the Evening of Day 2, Kathi Forrest writes:
Well, after a bit of searching, Kevin & I, along with Nellie & Simon, met up with Christine & Tim, as well as Liz Mattison & her dog, Zander, at Nazareth College, where they are slated to spend the night.
Zander Mattison
Fortunately for us, we caught up with them before the torrential rains and fierce thunder & lightning storm hit!
We all had a great time together, and went out for a bite to eat. Well, that is when the sky really unleashed. Liz offered Chris & Tim refuge at her home, but they were going to tough it out in the gymnasium at Naz. The campus security was not letting 500 people sleep in tents in an electric storm. Go figure! LOL.

Anyway, we all had a wonderful time, and Christine & I decided that we actually had met last year at Montgomery, and that our Simon is a littermate to their Cece.
Tomorrow they are stopping at Seneca Falls; if anyone would like to meet some really outstanding folks . . . .
And even during the intense thunder & lightning storm, we were treated to a double rainbow that lasted the entire trip home (about 35 minutes).
Anna Brown reports a crisis that occurs tonight:
From Christine and in her own words: Tim blew up his phone. Liz Mattison met them this evening and they went to dinner and then she took them to the Sprint store and they wouldn't replace Tim's phone, so he bought Christine a new one with a camera.
