I know that this night we get to pitch our tent on the grounds of the Fort Stanwix National Monument. I hope there aren't any ghosts roaming the place at night. I suspect it wasn't a fun place to be during the American Revolution.

I'm pretty sure that I will be happy to get there although Tim tells me that we are actually going slightly downhill the whole way from Buffalo to Albany. I suspect it won't look like that in actual practice.
