Ruth is growing fur and does not have the smell. She is feeling better and getting a little sassy. I'll make an appointment for Ruth to see Dr. Conger for a progress check and the allergy blood tests.
On 10 March, Barb writes:
Ruth is growing new fur in even the blackest skin areas with Malaseb baths every three days and Nature Balance Fish & Sweet Potato diet. She has gained a little weight and is showing that Cairn attitude. She has an appointment with Dr. Conger this Saturday, 3/22/08, for a follow-up exam and two blood tests to check for environmental and/or food allergies. This will cost about $370 , which amount is already included in my total estimate for her medical care.
The generosity of all her Healing Angels, their comments and pictures of their fur kids overwhelms me. I speak for little Ruth & her Foster family and send big hugs & best wishes for everyone who has taken the time to read Ruth's story.
Stay tuned for Ruth's next update after visiting Dr. Liz Conger.
25 Photographs follow, thanks to Barb Dulaney & Ron Spencer, detailing Ruth's improvements.
