Another day, another bath. She is no longer afraid of the sprayer,
and is happy to be combed out after she is dry.
She is a very fast learner. Except when it comes to
NOT CHEWING HER FEET.
I am constantly looking through the house & yard
for a sock she has conveniently "lost".
On Wednesday, I will have the vet look at the dew claws and,
if nothing else, clip them shorter; they are about to curl back into her leg.

On the other hand/paw. she may be developing interdigital cysts,
which seems to be common in neglected dogs.
I think every puppymill dog I've fostered has had them;
perhaps it's from the toxins finally leaving the body,
once they are eating good food.

Sadee no longer has to wear her full-body itch protector suit
overnight or when I'm not home; her only itchy spots right now
are her feet.

She no longer wants/needs to sleep on my bed;
her sleeping spot of choice is a dog bed in my bedroom,
next to Daisy in her dog bed. So I have room in my own bed again.

Anim

JACKIE McGUINNESS
in ENGLAND:
She is doing so well; even her eye looks a lot better. Well done you!

Anim

JACKIE IKE:
She is such a beautiful girl and is coming along beautifully also! Great work . . . I had the easy part.

Mooch

BOB ANDERSON:
She's doing so well . . . worms excluded, of course. I'll bet Mooch would share his little pink socks with her!

Anim

ELAINE ALGER:
Alas, her neglect doesn't seem to have happened overnight; instead she has been in a sorry home for quite a long time. Good she is with you.
