	Melanie Oleksa writes: Scotty was a stray who had been at that same shelter in 2011; owners claimed him. [They were n]ot able to find owner this time, even though microchipped. Sounds like he was dumped. This ten-year-old gentleman will probably also have some upcoming vet expenses in addition to his transport expense. He has significant hair loss and some sort of skin condition. He has something going on with his eyes - some goopy stuff and doesn't seem to see well. Can't wait to get him here and fixed up. He should be in Iowa Thursday.
	Andrew Tomasko of ROAD HOME PET TRANSPORT, who makes a trip from Minnesota to California, to Texas, and back through the Midwest to Minnesota about once a month and transports dogs.
Shell Lewis writes: Melanie lives in Iowa and has adopted from CRUSA, fostered several times and is going to great lengths to help locate and save some Cairns in far-flung places. Melanie worked this intake and did a great job. ROBYN STINE: He looks so much like Jojo . . . just a bit older, which with the care he will get . . . he'll probably look younger when healthy. MAUREEN SCOTT In Canada: Very adorable and an extremely lucky boy to end up in CRUSA's care! DOREEN MUNDIE: Wish the little thing well . . . people just do not feed them well and have them treated until things are a mess. Will say a little prayer for him, as I do all the ones you send info on . . . they need it. JACKIE McGUINNESS-PARKER In England: Now this is one little waif that will have a special xmas thanks to CRUSA.
