It was evident that Flo had no idea what a leash was for, but we took her along on our 1/4-mile evening walk and after a few missteps, she trotted behind Skip & Mol like an old pro.
The three of them are having a sleep over in the kitchen tonight. We didn't want to leave Li'l Flo alone on her first night of freedom.
A word about the condition of these girls when they arrived from the mill. Dr. Tolliver said that they were all filthy and their coats were matted with feces & urine. They've all had three baths but the mill smell is still with them. Hopefully, the mill smells & memories will fade fast!
