John Castaldi & Betsi Greene, supporters of CRUSA who have two CRUSA dogs, Kato & Joey, decided, sight unseen, that Shelby was the dog for them. I agreed, so CairnDaddy & I drove to Cracker Barrel in Brooksville. Florida . . .

	The best we can construct Shelby's history is: Petland; Craigslist; Kim's aunt (all in Missouri); then Kim's house for a month, and ours for two weeks. John promises that theirs will be her last, her FOREVER HOME. In April, she will be traveling to New Hampshire for the summer; we'll see her again in November.
Kato: Go away, kid, you bother me!
OK, we've all said our goodbyes; let's get goin'! Later in the afternoon, John writes: We are back in Salt Springs; absolutely no issues. The truck start moving, she started sleeping, she slept all the way back. Honest to God, I think she was here in a previous life. She's walking around playing with their toys; great little girl. We've been walking all over the place. I got her toys out and her ball, she ate supper; she's great. Right now she's lying on the couch, sleeping . . . A CRUSA thank-you to Patricia for finding Shelby, and to all the CRUSA donors who helped assure Shelby's great future! PATRICIA YARNOT: I'm so very happy for Shelby! I have a good feeling about her placement. BJ ISAACS: I know Betsi is really excited to meet her too; not sure how Joey is gonna feel. JACKIE IKE: Glad she is going home.
