You can enjoy your hotel for the next few days . . .

Stairway to second floor and rooftop

I had to wait a while at the restaurant as my room was not yet ready when I arrived.
The restaurant goes back quite a ways, is alongside the pool and open to the air all around
While I waited for my room at the Anumana, I was given a welcome drink;
I was able to get online and send Andréa some email,
My room number
First floor, pool side which meant sliding doors to a balcony with steps descending to the pool
Looking into the room from the door
Reverse from the other side of the room looking back at the door
Yes, that's right there is a GLASS WINDOW IN THE SHOWER!
| |
It does have a privacy shade |
The other side of the bathroom |
Towel art

From the balcony,

The pool area as seen from my balcony
Looking down at my lounge chairs, table and umbrella
Looking across the pool
And fresh fruit in the room
Also, along with breakfast there were two fresh bottles of water (600ml)
View of the pool and my room from the restaurant
My room is the center one, just to the right of the big leaf.
View from the rooftop looking off to the rice fields and the Monkey Forest

Lots of carvings of gods . . .
|
. . . along the street
|
Monkeys predominate because we are within a block of the Monkey Forest and temples there.
| |
You can get your canine fix
Lots of street dogs around
