This is the way everyone gets wet - a giant stride.

Passing "the Anchor" at 70' at Whiteface, West Caicos.
The name of this dive site has nothing to do with the underwater topography,
but comes from the steep white cliffs along the shoreline.

TURKS

Along the top of the wall is particularly profuse reef with
some impressive stands of pillar coral.

TURKS

The fish population includes barracuda, parrot fish, French angelfish
and Nassau grouper.

TURKS

Just north of the mooring is a crack in the wall
with a large anchor embedded at 70'.
The wall is well undercut to a depth of about 100'.

Under the boat . . .

Neal is always Mr. Social, even underwater
(and yes, that's a barracuda)

Well, THAT was fun!
Now, where's the
hot chocolate
we were promised?

Later that night:

Back from a nice outdoor dinner at the Beach Bistro.

Had Conch Chowder as appetizer, Almond Grouper as main course
and Key Lime Pie for dessert.

Off to bed now - up early tomorrow.
If I get a chance I'll check the internet before we leave the marina.

If not, talk to you possibly Saturday at the marina in the Dominican Republic
(word from the crew is there is internet at that marina
"for certain values of internet" - not very good or reliable.

Fantastic pictures; I feel as if I was on the dive as well.
Nice to see the main man in front of the camera for a change.
