Atlantic blue tang [Acanthurus coeruleus] & Mutton snapper [Lutjanus analis] Surgeonfishes often change colors to some degree, and can get much lighter or darker at times. It's quite common for them to lighten considerably at night over their whole body, but even during the day, individuals of some species can look very different.
