Sunnie was hungry from all that fresh aire & exercise . . . . . . so she helped herself to some food. She took some kernels from the bowl in the kitchen . . . . . . carried them into the dining room to eat . . .
	. . . then returned to the kitchen for more kernels.
What was interesting is that Chrissi1Eye, who is NEVER amenable to anydog eating out of this bowl, just lay nearby and watched, without any sign of dominance. Good Girl! SOMEone is going to get a very mellow loving dog who has NO IDEA that she's missing anything in life, except maybe a little TLC! And she'll get plenty of that now, as well as a new coat, a new sweater Thatnks to the ATRA CAIRE package) & a new set of RAISED food & water bowls. BRENDA ISAACS: Absolutely adorable! Thanks again to everyone involved in getting Sunni with CRUSA, including Brenda Hunter, who, God bless her heart, lost her husband not even a full week and still got Sunni with us. Don'tcha just love rescue people. They are truly the greatest! I cannot express how much your doing this means to me. My sincere condolences on the loss of your husband. And Katie, I have often said that folks who are willing to foster are the heart and soul of any rescue organization. Hats off to you! Do we know what happened to Sunni's leg?? Katie replies: We don't at this point know what happened to her leg. Brenda's vet wasn't sure, but she also said he was a large animal vet. I'm taking her to the vet this week to have her skin looked at, though, so I will ask them to see if they can tell if she was born this way or if she had it removed. Regardless, she is just a darling sweet little girl and I'm happy to have her in my home. She is sleeping next to me on the couch right now. MAUREEN SCOTT: What a little sweetheart.
