In the morning, BJ writes:
Just called about Taylor Leigh.
Doc said they are going to try IV and
an oral pill for diarrhea this morning.
She still has diarrhea.
Still no real interest in food or water.
I will call again later in the day.
In the morning, BJ writes:
Brandon called me and asked me if I wanted to come see her.
I said yes. She perked up quite a bit when I started talking to her.
Michelle told Dr. Long: when Brenda started talking to her,
she just perked right up.
Dr. Long said she is doing better tonight than yesterday.
Much more alert. My phone started ringing; she just turned her head.
She is on two different meds,
since she hasn't responded to the first.
No vomiting today, but no real interest in food or water right now.
There were five others in the isolation room with her, poor babies.
It was AWFUL! Tomorrow night, I will take my videocorder with me;
I get to glove up, put on all my safety stuff and go in to see her.
That is, if the clinic isn't slammed with emergencies.
I kinda get special treatment since they know me
(I'm family) and I get to go visit.
I want everyone to say a prayer for those other little babies
in there with her. They are also rescues from a shelter
that a rescue up north has taken in. Bless them!
I told Taylor that she had many, many people praying for her
and sending all kinds of thoughts, love & money to help her get well.
So, she better do it. Oh lordy, she is sooooo cute!
More tomorrow and thank you EVERYONE!
SHELLY SIMINSKI:
Prayers for Taylor 'n' the other pups.
JACKIE & THE WILD BUNCH IN ENGLAND:
Sending healing zen for Taylor Leigh and all the other sick pups in the isolation ward; hope they get well soon.
