Gus Stoughton,
The Venegas Family, including Bogie
A HUGE thanks to Sue & Chris Stoughton for picking up the girls at the vets this a.m. (where they had been quarantined & vetted) and hosting them for the day while we were all at Expo. The girls are still shy and scared (and spent a good deal of the day sitting next to one another by the fireplace), but you can already see "real dogs" under all that uncertainty.
Sue writes:
They (Ashley & Kylie) are fabulous; went for a run in
The girls ate dinner well and are now together under one of the kitchen chairs. They bonded very well with Donna & Art, who will call in the morning when they are ready to pick up the dogs. I'm going to send along piddle pads (because the girls haven't been here long enough for me to know their habits) and Nutro.
Two more successful rescues, thanks to CRUSA!

Now that we're home, bathed, settled and fed,
Hmm . . . Yes there it is, right on the top -
We loved them, the others, the ones who left us,
Do you have the time to help us unpack?
