THANKSGIVING WITH GUISEPPE 2 DECEMBER 2008
Cathy writes: I just had to write to tell you how well Giuseppe is doing and how happy he makes all of us. What a Puppy! He is so friendly and kind to all who meet him. Over the holiday we had company - family & friends - in small numbers. Giuseppe was a star; after greeting everyone, he would play with his toys or sleep in someone's arms.
He is truly a member of the family; as Bill says, "He has settled in; we are his family." Giuseppe has his own special relationship with each of us: Bill, Will & me.
Potty training is progressing well; he gets the morning routine and the bedtime routine; we are still working on the during-the-day routine. The commands of "come" & "stay" are also beginning to make sense to him. Giuseppe is one smart little guy, a quick learner. Once again, thanks for all the time you took to save Giuseppe and get him to us. Due to his charming personality, many eastern Pennsylvanians now know all about Cairn Rescue as well as all breed rescue. Without realizing it, Giuseppe is an amazing ambassador for pet adoption.
