As I mentioned 23 pages ago, Flo & Forge Taylor sent gifts for our dogs, who have been waiting patiently for THEIR turn to open a box . . .

Taylor

. . . and they throw their entire bodies into this endeavor.

Taylor

MORE wrappings . . . in a great DOG design, too!

Taylor

ACK! ACK! COUGH! COUGH!
That's the sound of Cari & Rico choking on the edge of the box flap as they try to climb inside . . .

Taylor

. . . and there's POLLY. Just wait 'til they find out she TALKS.

Taylor

Some dogs would rather play with the wrappings . . .

Taylor

. . . but not Cari; her mantra is "Oh boy, that's mine!"

Taylor

April's gift, however, SQUEAKS, which intrigues Rico, since April is, we think, hard of hearing (unless, as noted before, we crinkle cellophane or shake the whipped cream can) . . .

Taylor

. . . but she CAN say, "Thank you, Flo & Forge!"

Taylor

There were TWO squawking parrots, so you can imagine the household noise, two dogs running around, each squeezing her/his toy to make it TALK.

By the time I write this, one Polly has been silenced, although it is still a favored toy, particularly if I say THIS, causing Cari & Rico to run around the house madly, looking for the one Polly I leave out. The other comes out under our supervision so the sound will last for a while longer.
