I was able to get out to Dixons Creek again this weekend. Continued with more yard work - removing all the creepers from the house today.

Sue had a bit of a bad turn on Thursday. She has torn some muscles in her ribcage and had trouble breathing, to the point where Bill had to call an ambulance. It took 45 minutes to arrive, and by that time, she was able to regain her breathing again. She is much better now. So she is on light duties . . . as light as they can be on a rural property.

Focus is now turning to wildlife rescue, as the animals are coming out of the burnt bush looking for food. Wombat Bend has been set up as a depot for wildlife rescue as a place to drop off animals, and a base for food distribution.
