Report from WOTA
We arrived in St. Louis from Chicago late Monday afternoon
to warm temps and clear skies.
We had snow the weekend before, so the 80-degree temps,
clear skies, and spring blooms were much appreciated.
Sorry to report that I think we took the great weather
with us when we left Friday morning and then
promptly lost it somewhere in central Illinois.

Others have covered all the
events (and shopping),
but the real treat for us was
meeting in person many of our
canine and hooman
friends from the list.
(Oops! I shouldn't
say "treat" around
Airedales.) It was so neat to see
Mary Lou & Dick Dewar
with Cash from California and
Sue Forrester all the way from Australia.
Mel Findlay is just across
Lake Michigan from us,
but we all went 300-plus miles
to say Hi! We also made
many new friends and
told them about
ADTLovers Home List.

Cash Dewar meets Ramsey Adams, a Welsh puppy who was 1) all Welshie; and 2) all puppy.
Deb & I were included at an "ADTLovers Home List" table
at the dinner held at the AKC Museum of the Dog Thursday night:
Joey Warren, Lydia Ross, Marti & John Touchstone,
& Sue Forrester. Julie Traficanti, who has a rescue 'dale named CJ,
and lives in our neck of the woods, joined us as well.
Naturally, ours was the rowdiest table.
I laughed so hard, my sides still ache.
