Zooey is resting comfortably today thanks to her meds.
She had a hard painful night, but could be comforted with my hand in her crate.
She ate a good breakfast, drank water and took her meds rolled in liverwurst.
She has been so jealous of Max getting the liverwurst-rolled pills and now she gets them.
Now for that she perked up.
Poor Henry kept saying that Zooey caught her leg on the fence
until he saw the pictures. No mistaking teeth marks on her toes.
Poor Booker is beside himself.
He was so happy to see Zooey out of her crate.
He's staying right next to her crate or whatever I have the crate set upon.
Max, on the other hand, is so jealous of the attention Zooey is getting from me.
He's been doing his puppy act and loving on me as I pass by.
Never a dull moment.
[After two hip replacements, Max's back legs are wearing out,
and he has laser treatments and acupuncture once a week.]
LINDA SAVAGE:
Glad to hear that Zooey is on her road to recovery.
VIOLETTA ARGUETA:
Glad to hear that she is doing better.
